The Nueva School

Commercial / Office Project

The Nueva School’s Arts and Administration Building is a three-story academic hub for creative expression and campus operations, bringing together music, visual arts, performance spaces, and administrative offices.

The wildfire-hardened, all-electric building is designed to provide 100% of its own renewable energy on site, reduce potable water consumption by over 46.4% from LEED Baseline, and achieve LEED Platinum certification. The building will include Epic Cleantec’s OneWaterTM Rain system to collect and reuse over 46,000 gallons of highly purified water annually for toilet flushing purposes.

Epic is providing equipment supply, startup, and consulting services to ensure the system is seamlessly integrated into the building’s design and operations. This approach not only improves water efficiency but also reinforces Nueva’s mission to embed sustainability into the daily learning environment.
