Would you drink recycled water?

What if it was in a beer? 🍻

Shower Hour IPA and Laundry Club Kölsch are first-of-their-kind brews crafted with a truly sustainable ingredient: highly purified recycled water. The water, which once flowed through showers and laundry, has been meticulously treated using advanced purification technology to create water of exceptional quality then transformed into refreshing, great-tasting beer. Recycled water technologies have been tested, trusted, and proven safe for decades — after all, even astronauts drink it!

Shower Hour IPA

A fully sustainably forward IPA

This brew is a delightfully refreshing modern IPA — bright, juicy, and layered — with just enough malt depth and farmhouse yeast character to stand out from your typical West Coast or hazy IPA. Not only is it made with recycled water, but it’s also brewed with several other sustainable ingredients:

  • Azacca® hops: semi-dwarf genetics, high cone efficiency, lower irrigation demand, and robust disease tolerance
  • Fonio grain: naturally drought-tolerant, grows quickly without fertilizers and supports soil health, making it one of the world’s most sustainable cereals
  • Kveik yeast: ferments fast and hot, reducing energy use

6% ABV. Brewed and distributed by Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company in San Carlos, CA. Drink responsibly.
