It begins with preliminary data collection including three (3) years of financial information, one (1) year or water usage and rate date, and a review of customer customer corporation details. Then, we’ll define the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a scope of design and construction work, monthly service price methodology, and break-free terms for service agreement.
