Full property completion is expected in 2024 and will boast 444 residential apartments spanning three buildings, a 24,000 square foot public park, a 32,000 square foot commercial area home to Local 38 Union Hall, and a refurbished Civic Center Hotel with 150 rooms.

Epic Cleantec is responsible for the successful management of the onsite greywater reuse system designed to recycle over 6,500 gallons of water per day for use in non-potable applications like toilet and urinal flushing, as well as irrigation.
