Commercial Office Space

41-story tower with LEED + Net Zero goals

Located in Brickell, Miami’s financial district, this planned 41-story commercial space will recycle 25,000 gallons per day of blackwater, rainwater and condensate for reuse in the 1.6 million-square-foot office’s toilets, irrigation and cooling systems. Epic Cleantec is spearheading the design and permitting of the advanced water reuse system in the development that aims to be a LEED certified, net zero water project. This project will feature the first onsite blackwater recycling system in the state of Florida, underscoring our commitment to pioneering sustainable practices.
