Residential Mixed-Use Tower

A new 17-story tower on 3.3 acres of land in Austin, TX

This planned waterfront development will collect and treat 1,800 gallons of condensate per day to reuse in the project’s irrigation and toilet flushing. To comply with Austin Water’s new GoPurple program, the owner sought Epic’s expertise both for the system design and to navigate the permitting process for this first-of-its-kind project.

The development is expected to have 293 units with 14,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space on the first two floors, and three levels of underground parking.
