Chorus

Luxury apartment building with a focus on the arts and fitness

The Chorus is a luxury apartment building located in San Francisco, CA focused on providing residents and visitors with an up-close experience to performing arts and fitness. Home to the City Ballet and Chorus Hall, this 26-story high-rise is pursuing LEED Gold certification for its energy-efficient design that includes its onsite water reuse system and use of locally sourced material.

Responsible for both the startup and commissioning of the system, Epic Cleantec is also providing the ongoing operations and maintenance for the Chorus’ onsite greywater reuse treatment system, producing 8,000 gallons per day of highly purified recycled water for toilet flushing, irrigation and cooling systems.
